What does the lightning bolt next to job name indicate?
Mailing Job Indicators:
 job running
 job finished
 job stopped (unfinished)
 job scheduled
When you re-start an incomplete/unfinished() job, e-Campaign will resume email delivery from where it was previously left off.
Is it possible to edit a finished mailing job?
Yes. After a mailing job is sent, it's marked as Read-Only to avoid accidental duplicate sending. To re-edit a finished mailing job, click menu Mailing->Duplicate to make a new copy of the finished job. Then specify a new mailing list.
